                             ORDINANCE NO.   10060 
        
        
                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO AMEND CERTAIN SECTIONS TO FURTHER DEFINE AND
                   REGULATE HANDICAPPED PARKING REGULATIONS.

              	   BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, 
the
         Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
        
              	   SECTION 1.	  That Article II, Section 100 (67) be
         amended as follows:
                   (67)	Handicapped parking as required by T.C.A.
                        and the Chattanooga Building Code shall
                        meet the current ADA standards.
                  
                  
         	   SECTION 2.	  That Article V, Section 510 (5) be
         deleted in its entirety and substitute in lieu thereof the
         following:
                   (5)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
                        current ADA standards.
                  
                  
         	   SECTION 3.	  That Article V, Section 610 (6) be
         deleted in its entirety and substitute in lieu thereof the
         following:
                   (6)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
                        current ADA standards.
                  
                  
         	   SECTION 4.	  That Article V, Section 812 (7) be
         deleted in its entirety and substitute in lieu thereof the
         following:
                   (7)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
                        current ADA standards.
                  
                  
         	   SECTION 5.	  That Article V, Section 910 (5) be
         deleted in its entirety and substitute in lieu thereof the
         following:
         	   (5)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
         	   	current ADA standards.
        
        
         	   SECTION 6.	  That Article V, Section 403 be amended to
         add subsection (6) as follows:
         	   (6)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
         	   	current ADA standards.
        
        
         	   SECTION 7.	  That Article V, Section 423 be amended to
         add subsection (3) as follows:
         	   (3)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
         	   	current ADA standards.
        
        
         	   SECTION 8.	  That Article V, Section 929 be amended to
         add subsection (5) as follows:
         	   (5)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
         	   	current ADA standards.
        
        
         	   SECTION 9.	  That Article V, Section 1003 amended to
         add subsection (5) as follows:
         	   (5)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
         	   	current ADA standards.
        
        
         	   SECTION 10.	  That Article V, Section 1013 amended to
         add subsection (8) as follows:
         	   (8)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
         	   	current ADA standards.
        
        
         	   SECTION 11.	  That Article V, Section 1023 amended to
         add subsection (7) as follows:
         	   (7)	Handicapped parking shall meet the
         	   	current ADA standards.
        
        
         	   SECTION 12.	  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this
         Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its 
passage
         as required by law.
